Field Service Technician Copier Division

Requirements:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent to a (GED)
  • 1 to 2 years experience.
  • Computer literate and knowledge of networking.
  • Knowledge of handling tools and test instruments.
  • Able to work hard, willingness to learn, multi-task, demonstrate initiative, handle and solve new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
  • Customer service oriented, punctual, reliable and a good positive attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment as well as accessories in optimum operating condition within manufacturers published electrical, mechanical, and a copy quality specifications.
  • Record completed work and parts used on the work order as well as the machine’s work order.
  • Explain repairs completed to the customers and how the customer can prevent it from occurring.
  • Maintain cleaning maintenance and responsibility of tools and supplies.
  • Promptly call dispatch when finished for next assignment or when alerted.
  • Keep current with new technology through manufacturers classes, computer based training, and etc.
  • Participate in monthly meetings, communicate equipment problems and solutions with fellow technicians
  • Project a positive image through proper attire, communication skills, and personal grooming.

Field Service Technician I.T. Division

We are the Valley’s leading provider of IT Services for Small- and Medium-sized business, located in Wasilla, Alaska. We are currently reviewing applications for an experienced PC, Network, and Windows Server Technician with excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer issues by diagnosing and correcting problems in Windows-based networks either through remote access or onsite-visits, as necessary and available.
  • Accurately diagnose and correct issues with Windows PCs, Printers, Network Infrastructure, and/or Windows Servers and common Microsoft applications.
  • Recognize opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and/or functionality any IT environment encountered.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of services performed and network configurations.
  • Display professional and confident appearance during all aspects of your duties.
  • Participate in continuous education to improve your skills and abilities as directed by the Company.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, supporting, and/or implementing Active Directory-based Networks.
  • Experience supporting Windows-Based PCs, hardware and software.
  • Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP in a small- or medium-sized business.
  • Experience with customer service, face-to-face and telephone.
  • Ability to represent the company with the utmost in professionalism and competence at all times.
  • Formal IT education or equivalent experience required.
  • MCSE certification is desired..

Outside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for high energy, well motivated individuals who want to succeed in a fast paced career. We take a consultative approach to helping our customers understand and implement a document management solution tailor made for their unique environment. This will mainly focus on a company’s multifunction copier, printer, fax, and scanning needs. We then continue to provide continued service and support to ensure our customers stay operational and current with the latest technology.

As an outside sales representative your initial focus will be to target new business opportunities. This will include meeting with IT professionals and key “C” level decision makers to assess and determine specific needs related to document workflow. You will be responsible for proposing and presenting various solutions, closing the sale, and overall account management. You will need to have the ability to be a self starter, manage your time wisely, ability to overcome objections, and have a sense of providing total customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in outside Business to Business sales - Preferably in the document solutions field

Customer Service skills are a top priority!
